Mr. Hitesh Ambani is the Designated Partner of M/s Ambani & Associates LLP. Chartered Accountants.
Mr. Hitesh Ambani is a B.Com(H), FCA, ACS. In a successful career spanning over a period, he has gained rich and diversified experience in the field of statutory audit, internal audit, management audit, taxation (Direct and Indirect), tax planning, finance, company law matters, corporate advisory services and financial services. He has conducted audit of many large and medium sized organizations, corporate houses. He also has experience in conducting Income tax raid Cases, Goods and Service tax, Enforcement cases & Statutory & Internal audits of companies & firms.
He has also done Certified Concurrent audit of bank course, Forensic Audit and Fraud Detection Course and Certified NPO course.
PRERNA AMBANI Mrs. Prerna Ambani is the Designated Partner of M/s Ambani & Associates LLP. Chartered Accountants. Mrs. Prerna Ambani is a B.com(H), FCA, DISA. In her successful career spanning over a period of more than 10 years, she has gained rich and diversified experience in the field of statutory audit, taxation (Direct and Indirect). She has conducted audit of many large and medium sized organizations, corporate houses, and nationalized bank.
MANISH BUBNA Mr. Manish Bubna is a B.com(H). FCA. In his successful career, he has gained rich and diversified experience in the field of taxation(Direct and Indirect), Financial management, internal audit, management audit, tax planning, company law matters etc. He has also handled various statutory audits, bank audits, internal audits as well audits of Public Sector undertakings.
RAJESH BANSAL Mr.Rajesh Bansal is a B.com. FCA having work experience in field of Financial management, internal audit, Management Information System etc. He has conducted internal and statutory audit of many large sized and medium sized companies and nationalized banks. He has a very good knowledge regarding GST and is specialised in the field of GST.

He has been conducting audits for various large corporates including leading players in the domain. KAPIL GILANI He is an F.C.A. from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He possesses specialization in the field of Direct Tax compliances. He also handles statutory audits as well as internal audits. He has been associated with the Firm for over 15 years.

Mrs. Kirti Singhal is a M.com. FCA. She has successfully completed the Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks conducted by the ICAI. She is an expert in the field of Audits, especially Bank Audits and has conducted statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, management audits, concurrent audits of banks and organizations.
She has also handled various tax litigations before the Assessing Officer, CIT(A) etc.
RAHUL KUMAR MISRA Mr. Rahul Kumar Misra is a B.com. FCA. He has rich experience in the fields of Assurance, Regulatory & Financial Consulting. He has over twenty five years experience in his areas of practice and He has conducted audits for various large corporates. He provides valuable insights into how companies can grow, diversify, and prosper to maximize their shareholder's wealth.
SRISHTI GUPTA Srishti Gupta qualified with distinction in Commerce (hons.) From Sri Venkateswara College, then went on complete her degree in Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has joined the firm in April, 2018. She has completed the Certification Course of Concurrent Audit of ICAI. She has handled a variety of tax matters, including appearance before the tax authorities like CIT and Tribunal, in the cases of Income tax. She is also having an experience in the field of statutory, internal audit and concurrent audit of various banks.
PRIYANKA SINGHAL Priyanka Singhal is a Chartered Accountant, an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, DISA and M.Com graduate from Delhi University. She has joined the firm in December, 2016. She possesses specialization in the field of Direct Tax compliances. She also handles statutory audits as well as internal audits. She has successfully completed the Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks conducted by the ICAI.
ABHISHEK GUPTA Abhishek is a young and dynamic associate member of Institute chartered accountant having experience in the field of Scrutiny Assessments and Statutory Audits. He has represented for assessment in Income Tax, Goods & Service Tax and VAT before various authorities. He has been conducting audits for various organizations including banks and corporates groups. He has joined Ambani & Associates LLP in 2019 and is currently handling Direct Tax consultancy & Assessments and other statutory compliances.
ALKA HIRAWAT She is a M. Com, FCA, DISA. It is under her expert guidance and supervision that various large audits like statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, due-diligence audits, audits for non- profit non government organizations are conducted.
KAVITA GARG Ms. Kavita Garg is Partner in M/s Ambani & Associates LLP, a Chartered Accountants firm in New Delhi. She is having 11 years post qualification experience in the field of Finance, Audit, Accounting, Taxation and Advisory Services.
She has Good understanding of the accounting standards with ability to apply them in a varied manner. She has the quality of Good communication skills, Leadership skills & willingness to take responsibilities. She has done due diligence of various companies.
SUMIT SAHU Sumit Sahu is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2022. He has been conducting Statutory & Tax audit, Internal audit of large & medium scale Limited Companies, Carrying out Bank Audits and providing services in the field of accounts, Income Tax & Company Law matters.
NAMITA AGARWAL Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is young and dynamic Chartered Accountant in continuous practice, DISA qualified and has done certificate course on Concurrent Audit. She is having the knowledge in the field of the audit, taxation, management consultancy and accounting and reconciliation divisions. Apart from this she has been consulting the clients with regard to the taxation matters upto the level of ITAT.
PUJA Ms. Puja became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2022. She is having an experience in the field of tax audits, statutory audits, internal audits, bank audits etc.
